It is essential that the owners of ionizing producing equipment ensure that all operators of x-ray equipment be properly trained in the safe use of radiation. Radiation safety training for operators of x-ray equipment is a requirement in many States. The State of Georgia mandates that all non-registered or non-certified x-ray operators have 6 hours of radiation safety training, at a minimum, prior to the clinical use of x-ray equipment.

We provide the State of Georgia required 6-hour radiation safety training program for non-certified operators of x-ray equipment via our online course.
